Directions: Inhale as you reach up. Exhale as you bring the hands into binding prayer position. Inhale, look up and lengthen the spine. Remain in this position for 3 to 5 breathing cycles. Inhale as you reach up, place hands in lotus flower position. Exhale as you bring lotus to the heart and place hands on waist.
