- Trend line over any time interval.
- The Calendar view shows the average and maximum Reps x Weights
day by day.
- The History display allows one to view all historic data.
- Comments such as sickness, allergy, stress, or flying across several
time zones can be easily entered from a drop-down box.
- Text Comments can also be typed in.
- You can save all data into a text file for copying to PC or sharing
with your physician.
- You can also save all data into a CSV file (comma delimited text
file) for backup, archival, and editing.
- You can edit the CSV file on the desktop PC with Excel, Notepad,
or any other text editing software.
- You can load data from the CSV file into the Tracker software.
- The tracker allows switching between weight units (kilograms or
pounds) at any time.
- You cannot add your own exercise. If you don't see the exercise
you need, we recommend that you (1) record the exercise that is close
to the one you need and (2) email us the exercise you need - we will
include it into the next software release.
- Extremely small database size - ten years worth of recordings take
less than 100kB of your device memory. In other words, an average
PC hard drive can store 10 million years of the data.
Reviews
I am very excited about this product
A reviewer from NC
"I am very excited about this product. The software is just what
I was looking for. It is a simple workout log, no nutrition or other
unrelated data. The software covers a range of equipment, that you choose
from a drop-down menu. The graph feature is quite useful. One feature
that I did not find in other products I have reviewed, was a trend line.
The trend line was automatically generated and was helpful in seeing
the trend. One more thing that I liked in this product was a large typeface.
In products that I have previously reviewed I had to squint. In this
product the typeface is about 3 times as big as in others and I don't
need to squint."
Great Product
A reviewer from Marysville, Ks
"Really like this for logging a workout. Only things that would
make it even better would be a place for number of sets and the ability
to add your own exercises. Really easy to use. Like the fact that I
can go back and log older workouts."
